As an Inside Sales Representative at HouseJet, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer solutions. This position is essential in supporting our growth strategy and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience with our software platform.

Pay Range

Range is from $47,000 - $117,000 including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and spifs; all of which are based on your individual performance, our top executive advisors are in the higher range of $117,000. We will take the time to explain our pay structure should we choose to move forward with your application.

Expectations of the Inside Sales Representative

The position is on-site in our Springfield, MO office with hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
• Assist in the sales process by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Inside Sales Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a sales environment (outside sales, B2B sales, door to door sales, and/or telemarketing)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to sell products by understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations as necessary.
