Title: Receptionist
Reporting to: Team Manager
Location: Duluth, GA
The role:
As a Moneypenny Receptionist, you will receive extensive training designed to equip you with the essential skills required to play a crucial role within the Moneypenny team. You will act as a representative for both Moneypenny and a diverse range of clients, utilizing your exceptional customer service expertise and relationship-building abilities to leave a positive impression on their callers.
Key responsibilities:
- Promptly and efficiently handling inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients, ensuring clients never miss a call
- Entering caller information into our system accurately
- Fabulous attitude toward delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Data entry skills, must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook and Teams
- Delivering the highest level of customer service to clients at all times
- Available to work holidays and weekends (you will always work one Saturday or Sunday every other week.
The person:
- Effectively and promptly managing incoming phone calls and communicating message to clients, guaranteeing that no call goes unanswered
- Accurately inputting caller details into our system
- Exemplary approach to providing an outstanding customer experience
- Proficient in data entry, detail-oriented and adaptable to change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and/or tier II support, consistently delivering exceptional service
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained for clients at all times
- Available to work holidays and weekends (you will always work one Saturday or Sunday every other week)
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
