Inside Sales Outbound Representative

This is NOT a remote role. You will commute daily to our offices located at 9000 Southside Blvd.

The role also known as Client Relations Advisor, is responsible for reaching out to previous and current clients for re-contracting additional services. The role does not require cold calling however, having the experience is always helpful in any sales role. Acute listening skills are needed to identify customer needs for additional services. The advisor also guides clients; advising and selling based on needs. The position requires an employee to be able to perform all functions necessary to successfully complete a sales representative job. • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Applications.
• 3-5 Years of Sales experience, preferably at least 2 in Call Center or phone setting and focusing on services and preferably cold calling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistent outbound communication to previous clients offering additional MoneySolver services.
• Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets and outbound call requirements.
• Handle escalated complaint and service agreement related issues, and exercise discretion to escalate to management when appropriate.
• Answer any client questions in relation to their case.
• Ensuring the customer sees the value in the additional service(s) being offered
• Setting clear expectations of the contracted services and fees in relation to the circumstances of the client’s situation.
• Managing an active task list of clients daily.
• Completes research on client’s current and past situation to match with the ideal resolution.
• Ability to communicate via phone and email with clients.
• Ability to display empathy when dealing with clients.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Cold calling experience a MUST!
• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Strong negotiation skills needed
• Should be comfortable in a highly active work environment
• Should be comfortable in an aggressive sales production environment

• Required multi-tasking and ability to quickly learn new products and services
• Excellent documentation skills required
• Proficient in handling customer service issues over the phone

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Continuously requires close vision, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, twisting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, crouching and keyboarding.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Indoor office setting.
• Noise level usually quiet to moderate.
• Working in close proximity to others (not applicable to remote or work-from-home status)
