What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Worker position at Moneysworth Equipmemt Rental?
Moneysworth Inc. is looking for positive, energetic personalities to join our team. This is a seasonal position. The schedule is 3-5 days per week. Weekend availability is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Answering office phones.
- Answer questions related to that location and forward messages when appropriate.
- Confirming customer orders.
- Keep customers informed on status changes with their order.
- Any other miscellaneous office tasks that need to be completed.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has great communication skills, and is a team player. Employees must be responsible, detail-oriented, and have excellent follow-up/follow-through skills. Strong telephone skills are crucial. Strong aptitude with computers and software is a plus. Employees must have their own transportation.
