Moneysworth Linen Services is looking for a manufacturing supervisor to manage the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring that the production environment is safe and efficient. This person is also responsible for overseeing staff, equipment, and production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Production schedules: Create and manage production schedules, including worker shifts
- Staff management: Conduct staff reviews, coach employees, and address worker issues
- Quality control: Ensure products meet quality standards and promote high output levels
- Safety: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Equipment maintenance: Maintain and improve equipment and facilities
- Budget management: Monitor budgets and schedules to ensure production goals are met
- Data analysis: Collect and analyze production data, and create reports for management
- Communication: Communicate job expectations and results to staff

Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, moving loaded wheeled laundry carts weighing up to 700 pounds, lifting up to 60 pounds.

Production areas of a typical industrial laundry facility will include variations in temperature, odors, humidity, lint, and dust.
