Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems
- Perform periodic inspections and testing of fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot false alarms, ground faults, troubles
- Install fire alarm devices to include termination and programming
- Provide detailed feedback on deficiencies and necessary repairs
- On-call rotation
Applicant Qualifications: NICET Fire Alarm Certification (NICET II preferred)
- 2 years of experience in commercial fire alarms
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to use diagnostic tools such ad multi-meters and programmers
- Must possess a valid drivers license and a positive driving record
