About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Mongoose Trucking. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of trucks is always in top condition.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes.
• Possess diagnostic and software experience, as well as knowledge of Peterbilt tractors and tanker trailers.
• Experience with wiring truck and trailer lighting is also required.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant mechanical experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Clean driving record (CDL a plus)
