Key Hiring Criteria
- Diesel Mechanic: $30 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- Shop Helper: $20 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Requirements for the Role
- Clean driving record; CDL certification is a plus
- Diagnostic and software experience
- Certification from a mechanic school or at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Peterbilt tractors
- Familiarity with tanker trailers, PTO, and side dump systems
- Ability to perform regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspections, tire rotations, and oil changes
- Experience in wiring (truck and trailer lighting) and brake system maintenance (air dryers and adjustments)
