Office Worker/ Office Assistant/ Administrative Assistant Duties
- Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette while providing excellent customer support.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are always available.
- Utilize computer systems for various tasks including QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Support office management activities by coordinating with team members and facilitating communication across departments.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required, helping with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Office Worker/ Office Assistant/ Administrative Assistant Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Background in clerical work or customer support is highly desirable.
