Experienced Independent House Cleaner (1099 – Flexible Schedule)

We’re a local family-owned cleaning business looking to partner with experienced, dependable independent house cleaners in Brevard County.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — not a traditional employee position. You choose the jobs you want to take based on your availability and service area, and we handle all client communication, scheduling, and payments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience (required)
• Independent solo cleaners or 2-person teams
• Must have your own cleaning supplies, mop, and vacuum
• General liability insurance (required or in the process)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail, great communication, and pride in your work

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning services, including:
• Routine cleanings (kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors, etc.)
• Deep cleans and move-out/move-in jobs as assigned
• Follow client-specific notes and job instructions provided in advance
• Bring your own basic cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop
• Respect the client’s home and maintain professional conduct at all times
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and update us if delays arise
• Provide quick check-ins and before/after photos for certain jobs (especially move-outs)
• Keep us informed of schedule changes, feedback, or anything we should be aware of
• Maintain a clean appearance (plain, non-branded clothing while on the job)

Pay Structure:

• Recurring cleanings typically pay $100–$150 per job
• Deep cleans and move-outs generally pay $200–$300, depending on the job
• You’ll always know the flat rate before accepting a job.
