Job Description:
As a Part-Time Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. We offer recurring and deep cleaning services, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, communicates well with clients, and loves making homes shine.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting.
- Clean homes, apartments, and other residential spaces, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and their needs are addressed.
- Follow company protocols and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in working order.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving services.
Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of previous professional cleaning required; paid training provided on our checklists and methods.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Driving is part of the job (portion of fuel reimbursed).
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, walk up and down stairs, move arms with good range consistently over extended periods, and be on feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Background check required.
