Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Conduct open houses and other events to showcase properties.
- Provide clients with information about the local housing market and neighborhoods.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule property viewings and follow up on inquiries.
- Ensure properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and minor maintenance.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to the lead agent to refine property searches.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Iowa or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend showings.
- Proficient in technology, including the use of smartphones, tablets, and real estate software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.
