Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of hair services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Utilize salon software such as Meevo for scheduling and client management.
- Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and retail sales.
- Greet all clients upon arrival and help with all walk-in clients.
- Take photos and create content for social media.
- Answer telephone
- Check inventory
Skills:
- Proficient in a variety of hair services.
- Technologically savvy
- Knowledge of retail math for product sales support.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
This is a commission based position with opportunity for growth!
