Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Package baked goods for display or catering orders while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred.
