FULL-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT needed in LAKE FOREST, IL 60045
This single professional is seeking a flexible, organized and friendly Personal Assistant to stay with him long-term. Duties will vary depending on what he needs for the week but can include: run household errands (groceries, dry cleaning, pick up prescriptions, etc.), organizational projects (ex: closets, kitchen cabinets, home office, the garage, basement, etc.), assist with party planning, schedule home repairs/maintenance services/vendors and oversee when they are there, pack/unpack for trips, set appointments and reservations, maintain family photos/albums, make customer service calls, conduct general research, provide general office help, maintain art collection and any other tasks that comes up on the personal side that he needs assistance with. The ideal candidate will have some Personal Assistant experience (either in-home or in-office), takes feedback well and is professional.
Work days and hours:
Monday-Friday: 11am-7pm
NOTE: Flexibility to help out with occasional Saturdays will be needed-with advanced notice.
NOTE A car can be provided for errands if Personal Assistant does not want to use his/her own.
Salary: $72,800-$93,600 yearly BEFORE TAXES
Benefits: 2 weeks paid time off, 7 holidays and Health Insurance offered
