Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the site's performance in partnership with the Country Manager and Business Line Leaders. They will be responsible for building, motivating, and developing teams to ensure business sustainability; examining the overall performance of the business and ensure the teams have all the facilities and local support to deliver great customer service experiences. The role will operate within the Operations unit under the Country Manager and will be based in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between Operations and Business Enablement leaders.
- Plan and prioritize staffing, organizational, and client requirements.
- Manage headcount numbers and work with the Global Managers to update the quotas / targets and sizing of teams.
- Attend regular operational and business review meetings.
- When needed, serve as part of the escalation path for operational issues.
- Analyze reports and create action items to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- Participate in the review processes and workflow to diagnose areas for improvement, being accountable for a wider perspective of metrics achievement including site budget and financial targets.
- Create, implement, and maintain business processes, proactively proposing improvement plans where gaps are noticed, at the operational and business level.
- Performance management and people development including defining culture and engagement actions and overseeing onboarding and training processes at the site level.
