Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex signage projects from start to finish, including project setup, site surveys, design, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and close-out
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between design intent, technical specifications, and implementation execution
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and future opportunities
- Provide leadership in the development of signage systems, including guidelines and recommendations, ensuring consistency with brand standards and project goals
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and staffing to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with technical designers and vendors to review prototypes, manufacturing methods, and installation processes
- Support new business development by assisting in proposal writing and identifying opportunities for organic growth
- Utilize SignChart® to manage all aspects of project progress, budget tracking, reporting, and client communication
- Collaborate with the finance and operations team on project tracking and invoicing
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, helping them develop their skills, achieve their goals, and grow within the company
- Continuously seek ways to improve internal processes and team dynamics, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in program management within a design, architecture, construction management, or a related industry
- PMP certification is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the signage industry, including materials, fabrication, lighting, finishes, and installation techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Deltek Vantagepoint
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client presentations and proposal writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring quality control
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership
- Ability to travel occasionally, with the expectation that travel will be less than 10%
- Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
