Our Client Experience internship is a full-time, three-month program open to upperclassmen, recent graduates or graduate students. What You Will Do
- Support in thoughtfully and strategically driving project work forward through active participation in client engagements across industries, ranging from rebrands of global companies to creative identity explorations for regional organizations to digital tool development for local players
- Actively contribute to tasks that support workstream progress such as drafting timelines, internal coordination of deliverables, scheduling, note taking etc.
- Attend internal and client status meetings, presentations, workshops
- Assist with managing vendor and partner relationships for assigned clients
- Create and track tickets for development, design and UX work
- Set up and monitor project budgets within our accounting system
- Participate in internal conversations and brainstorms, contributing your opinions and point-of-view with the team
- Provide support for other departments on assigned projects as needed
- Utilize collaboration and operational tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Vantagepoint, Jira, InVision, Teams, and more

- Onboarding meetings with Monigle leadership from every department throughout your first few weeks
- Continue to proactively meet with leadership and/or other team members to ask questions, seek advice and request feedback
- Engage in work across all Monigle teams to gain a full understanding of how each department impacts the company
- Attend a variety of client meetings and presentations to learn more about what we do and how we share that with our clients
- Participate in Monigle’s mentorship program where you will be assigned to a mentor who will help create your personal development plan, and meet with you regularly to discuss your growth, needs and concerns
- Incoming senior, recent university graduate or master’s student
- Interest in branding
- Curiosity to learn, eagerness to jump into unfamiliar situations and willingness to raise your hand to help regardless of the task at hand
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to comfortably engage and collaborate with individuals at all levels and across diverse departments within the agency
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Pay range: $20/hr
- Final hourly rate will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience – reach out to us to learn more.
