About the Opportunity
As the Beverage Innovation Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Innovation Team with stock drink recipes, showcasing Monin products creatively and innovatively, and helping customers succeed in beverage sales.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the sales team with recipes for beverages. Complete beverage ideation to include:
- Online recipe database management
- Sales support with stock recipes
- Assist with cocktail photography
- Assist with beverage presentations
- Develop monthly & seasonal beverages for The Flavor of the Month & Quarterly/Seasonal Recipes.
- Maintain online Innovation Team trackers, including projects, recipes developed, and Café visits.
- Responsible for maintaining Flavor Café's syrup closet, espresso machines, bartender station, inventory, small wares, glassware, tools, and bar equipment.
- Stay on top of trend research, which is ongoing throughout the year.
- Work with the Marketing Team on stock recipes for calendar events.
- Uphold and inspire adoption of company mission and values.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Other Qualifications & Considerations
- High School Diploma Required, College Preferred or relevant workplace experience
- Microsoft Office Proficient; General Computer Skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Wine & Spirit Certification Preferred
- Beverage development or mixology experience preferred.
- 3 Years or More Restaurant Beverage Management
- Beverage Marketing & Development – Preferred
- The coordinator is expected to work in the Clearwater office 5 days a week.
