As the Machine Operator at Monin, you will be responsible for working as part of a team of talented producers to manufacture, bottle, and package syrups, purees, and flavors following Monin specifications. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and set up machines for production
- Ensure all machines are clean, calibrated, stocked
- Operate de-palletizer, Case Packer, Box Erector, and Box Sealer along with other machines
- Troubleshoot arising issues or report mechanical failures
- Read, understand, and follow SOP/GMPs
- Monitor product quality and ensure activities are performed to quality standards
- Embrace and encourage housekeeping and sanitation of all manufacturing work areas by performing daily cleaning duties
