About the Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at Monin, you will deliver exceptional service to our B2C and B2B customers and support the sales team. Your main duties will involve managing our e-commerce operations, including communicating with customers, assisting with orders, processing complaints, handling returns, and collaborating with other departments.
