Summary/Objective: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Brand Operations Coordinator to drive the growth of Monique Morin Lingerie. This role involves overseeing brand marketing, customer service, managing operations, analyzing sales data, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Based full-time in the Columbus, Ohio area, this hands-on position requires a passion for sales and brand development, thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to grow both direct-to-consumer and wholesale business, aligning with Monique Morin Lingerie’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Engage with customers and influencers on social media platforms, following up to strengthen relationships.
- Address and resolve daily customer service inquiries through email and text, ensuring customer satisfaction by assessing and meeting their needs.
- Coordinate with marketing consultants to align marketing activities with business goals and budget.
- Assist in the creation of email and text-based marketing content to drive engagement.
- Maintain and update product listings and collections on our Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Continuously pursue professional development by staying informed on industry best practices, tools, and technologies through webinars, workshops, and related activities.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal promotions and events, including trade shows (both on-site and virtual). Analyze operational processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Oversee wholesale workflow, including distributor outreach and maintaining/updating line sheets and price lists.
- Demonstrate and explain intimate apparel merchandise, providing personalized suggestions to meet client needs.
- Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities that align with the brand’s market positioning.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in women’s fashion retail or intimate apparel.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong ability to multi-task with attention to detail and results orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and digital marketing tools.
