Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable Mobile Phlebotomists to join our growing team. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling within assigned regions, adapting to varying work settings, and delivering top-tier patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary draws with precision and professionalism.
- Safely collect, label, and transport specimens to designated labs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and specimen collection.
- Travel to various locations, including patient homes, healthcare facilities, and workplaces.
- Provide exceptional patient care with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Adapt to a changing work environment while upholding high service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (CPT, RPT, RMA or equivalent).
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a mobile setting with frequent travel.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
