Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff members in food safety practices and service techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Address any guest concerns, requests or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within a casual full-service dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in culinary operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience in restaurant and bar operations is preferred, with an understanding of beverage service protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
