Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Expectation Setting: Clearly define and manage client expectations, providing updates and proactively addressing concerns or changes.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project progress from inception to delivery, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Address client questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues as needed and offering solutions that align with agency capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and compile reports to communicate results and insights to clients.
- Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by recommending additional services or campaigns that align with their objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans for internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and CRM software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics and provide insights.
- A team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
