Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills, as you will be a primary point of contact for our clients. Your ability to align multiple teams and develop business strategies will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Expectation Setting: Clearly define and manage client expectations, providing updates and proactively addressing concerns or changes.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor project progress from inception to delivery, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Address client questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues as needed and offering solutions that align with agency capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and compile reports to communicate results and insights to clients.
  • Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by recommending additional services or campaigns that align with their objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics and provide insights.
  • A team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
