Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Maintain bar area clean and sanitize at all times
- Always use FIFO methods ensure all foods and bar products are labeled properly
- Ensure clean glassware is always available
- Complete all opening and closing duties assigned
- Ability to use POS system
- Serve drinks responsibly and never over serve
- Complete knowledge of menu and specials
- Team player
Qualifications
- 2 years experience
- Valid TABC/Food Handler certification
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
