Summary:

As a Warehouse Runner, your responsible for proper placement of inventory within the warehouse by moving the product from various locations within the building. This team member will be refilling depleted pick bins to ensure that the product is ready for order fulfillment. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Movement of inventory using RF technology 

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed. 

• Ability to meet daily quota and maintain a high pace of packing/shipping/put away items per hour 

• Follow inventory procedures to ensure 100% accuracy 

• Report on order issues with leadership  

• Following safety guidelines 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Additional Responsibilities and Requirements 

• May require performing other roles to support business needs 

Qualifications

Qualifications, Education, and Experience 

• 1 year experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment E-commerce, DTC shipping 

• Able to work well with team members 

• Ability to multitask 

• Basic computer knowledge with RF scanning experience 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Cognitive and Physical Demands 

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that could weigh up to 50 lbs  

• Continuous bending and twisting  

• Standing for prolonged periods of time 

Working Conditions 

• Loud noises from machinery and or conveyers  

• Exposure to extreme temperatures, cold and hot climates 

Education

• High School Diploma preferred.
