We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team and lead the production of numerous projects with Chevrolet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the production of these projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood and met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 9 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proven experience with project management tools, such as WorkFront, JIRA, Monday.com, or Asana.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
