Monmouth College seeks applicants for the position of Assistant or Associate Director of Student Financial Planning. This is a full-time administrative staff position reporting to the Associate VP for Student Financial Planning.
This role will be part of a small, dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service while supporting College enrollment, retention and graduation goals. This role will assist in the planning, organization and administration of a comprehensive financial aid program consisting of federal, state, private and institutional funding. Advise students and families as they seek to make decisions about college enrollment and financing. Maintain program integrity and ensure compliance with all Title IV and state regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with various departments across campus to expand knowledge and cross-training opportunities. Participate in outreach activities in various on and off-campus partnerships. Assist in the preparation and completion of annual reports, surveys and audits. Connect students with financial aid solutions that contribute to student enrollment, persistence, retention and success.
