What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Professor position at Monmouth College?
Monmouth College announces a tenure-track position to help develop and lead our new Marketing program. Housed within a successful Business & Economics Department, the one-year-old Marketing program already has 30 majors and we anticipate growing demand. The successful candidate will have expertise in digital marketing and marketing leadership. Secondary expertise in sports marketing is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to a broad business curriculum, teaching other departmental courses, such as Excel spreadsheets, supply chain management, or human resources.
Although marketing experience is required, teaching excellence is a hallmark of Monmouth College culture. The ideal candidate will integrate knowledge from a variety of marketing and business perspectives in a liberal arts environment.

Minimum qualifications are a Masters’ degree with relevant teaching or industry experience. Expected salary range: $70,000-$90,000.
