The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the main boiler room, heat recovery boiler room, air compressors, and HVAC systems and equipment. This includes scheduling shifts, coordinating activities of workers, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex engineering systems

- Familiarity with BMS and fire alarm system monitoring and operation
- Knowledge of steam supply and distribution
- Ability to perform emergency repairs and coordinate with outside contractors as needed
