Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts quality control tests on equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Develops and implements treatment plans for patients undergoing radiation therapy
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address treatment-related issues
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Radiation Science, Health Physics, or equivalent
- Experience in a clinical Radiation Therapy Department, preferably with HDR brachytherapy expertise
- Eligibility for ABR certification in related Medical Physics specialty
