Job Description
">The Radiology Technologist position performs proper radiographic procedures as required by physician orders.Provides patient service using diagnostic, portable, and fluoroscopic equipment. The technologist is competent in the production of quality radiographs for proper treatment and diagnosis by physicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.NJ Radiology license required. Day Shift. Full-Time. Performs visual checks on equipment and reports findings to appropriate personnel.
- Identifies problems and communicates with immediate supervisor/charge staff, offers solutions as appropriate.
- Instructs radiology students according to clinical and didactic requirements.
- Assists in the orientation of department and hospital personnel, as appropriate.
