Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Channel Manager to oversee and grow our online sales across platforms including Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and MySlabs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about trading cards and possess deep knowledge of marketplace operations, inventory management, and online promotional strategies.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Channel Manager to oversee and grow our online sales across platforms including Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and MySlabs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about trading cards and possess deep knowledge of marketplace operations, inventory management, and online promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance across all online marketplaces
- Maintain accurate and optimized product listings, titles, descriptions, and SEO
- Ensure inventory is synced across our POS and all platforms; update stock in real time
- Plan and execute flash sales, promos, and seasonal campaigns tailored to each platform
- Identify opportunities to grow sales through bundling, cross-selling, and upselling
- Track key performance indicators and generate reports to guide strategy
- Communicate with platform reps (eBay, Amazon, etc.) to resolve issues or unlock growth
- Collaborate with warehouse, store teams, and content creators to support operations
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the trading card category
- Ensure all policies (including pricing compliance) are followed per platform terms
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce channels
- Strong knowledge of trading cards (sports and/or TCG) required
- Proficient in using Shopify, eBay Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and MySlabs
- Familiar with inventory management and POS systems
- Skilled in promotional planning, data analytics, and listing optimization
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be proactive, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred:
- Experience with pricing automation tools and/or feed management systems
- Previous experience at a card store, dealer, or e-commerce collectibles company

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
