Monna Homes, a leading locally-owned home builder specializing in Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to Monna Homes and introduce them to our floor plans and finishes at our Bayshore Blvd model home.
- Learn the sales transaction process to assist clients from contract to close under the guidance of the builder and a licensed realtor.
- Enter new clients into our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintain updates for existing clients.
- Assist clients with scheduling warranty-related repairs through their online portal.
- Collaborate with the listing agent, another full-time sales assistant, our builders, and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Answer phones and respond to emails.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and professionals involved in the building and sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- A genuine passion for real estate and a desire to start a career in the industry.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
