JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Solder experience preferred
- 2 year technical experience preferred.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble Monnit's devices
- Perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques
- Familiar with PCB / PCA layouts
- Ability to operate hand tools, drills, barcode scanner(s), and a computer
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to ask questions and listen and follow directions as given by supervisors and management
- Good verbal communication
- Self-motivated
- Punctual - Reliable when it comes to attendance
- Willing and wanting to do new and different tasks daily
- Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Willing to do recurring and monotonous tasks as needed
