IT Support Technician
Monogram is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our team members. This position reports to the IT Support Manager and is on-site based in the Memphis Support Center and will also support our Dickson, TN facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, identifying opportunities for standardization and process improvement, and ensuring the security and integrity of our company’s data. This position will also be part of an on-call rotation which provides after-hours support for critical issues.

This position will be responsible for addressing incidents and service requests submitted to the ticketing system from remote and on-site team members. Experience working with executive team leaders is a plus. The successful candidate will be able to identify and develop processes and improvement to reduce the cost of support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, provide timely solutions to tickets.
• Documentation of processes and procedures

• Support and facilitate in a Microsoft Environment
• Monitor network and systems status.
• Maintain and update systems inventory.
• Create and maintain knowledge base material and documentation.
The ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and diagnose software configuration issues will be required. This person will also be responsible for administration tasks related to permissions, user accounts, and provisioning in a Microsoft environment. This position will need experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure Active Directory, InTune, and Windows operating systems. Experience with multifunction printers, video conference systems, and phone systems will also be needed in this role.
This person should have great communication skills and the ability to create and maintain documentation. Experience with creation of Knowledge Base articles is a plus!
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team player. To qualify, a candidate should have 3 years of experience in a technical support role with an associate degree in computer science or related field. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 2-year degree in a technical or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Support role.
• Ability to be part of an on-call rotation schedule.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows 10 and 11, and Office applications.
• Office 365 experience preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills Work is performed primarily in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
