Position Overview:
Monogram Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team in the role of Learning and Performance. As an integral part of our organization, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance through the development and delivery of engaging training programs.
Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
- Create and design training programs using tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and Canva.
- Develop innovative and interactive training materials that align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive onboarding, new manager, and leadership development programs.
Multimedia Skills:
- Utilize multimedia tools to enhance training content, including video editing for a more dynamic learning experience.
- Incorporate visual elements into presentations to ensure a high level of engagement.
Facilitation:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels.
- Facilitate interactive and participative learning experiences to maximize knowledge retention.
Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and expertise for training content.
- Supports programming and development opportunities of Monogram Foods’ internship programs.
Vendor Relations:
- Support learning and development vendor relations to ensure the availability of quality external training resources.
- Evaluate and recommend external training partners for specific organizational needs.
LMS and LXP Administration:
- Administer learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP), including LinkedIn Learning.
- Ensure seamless access to training materials and track employee progress.
Performance Review Support:
- Support the performance review process by providing training and resources to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with HR to align learning initiatives with performance goals.
- Tracks and analyzes performance review metrics to support continuous improvement of performance management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
Education and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and Canva for content creation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Products, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
- Preferred experience in video editing.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Competencies and Skills:
Collaboration, Multi-media and course building skills, ability to track and analyze success of trainings and programs, and facilitation skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to travel to site locations (10%)
- Ability to deliver training presentations to groups or individuals
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
