Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and analysis: tracking trends and identifying areas for improvement
- Receiving program implementation and management
- Reviewing HACCP, SSOP, net weight, and other critical records for accuracy
- Ensuring facility micro testing is completed as required
- Conducting and managing internal facility and GMP audits
- Serving as a backup and being trained for QA Tech/Lead positions
- Document control and data management in ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field or 2 years of professional experience in lieu thereof
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, adaptability to industry-specific programs
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in group settings and complete tasks with minimal supervision
