Position: Mail Coordinator
The Mail Coordinator plays an important role in the Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for sorting, processing, packaging, shipping and receiving mail. This requires attention to detail and administrative skills such as data entry accuracy, organization, and time management. The Mail Coordinator works closely with the Procurement and Facilities team Here at Monogram Health, we provide everyone with the opportunity to succeed and give remarkable service to not only our members, but our staff as well.
Roles and Responsibilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be well-organized and able to meet deadlines
- Must be receptive to feedback, coaching and development
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Protect the health care privacy of patients by following HIPAA regulations
- Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in a second language is a significant plus
- Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills are required
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
- Comfortable with using a printer, copier, scanner, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Position Requirements
- All aspects of picking, packing, and shipping to colleagues and members
- Entering critical data into Excel and Salesforce as required
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory
- Provide support and troubleshooting to field operations and corporate teams
- Communicating with a positive attitude, building rapport with colleagues and vendors
- Performs other duties as assigned
