What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Verifier position at MONOGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC?
Position Overview: The individual will be responsible for working safely and inspecting the line for any safety hazards before and during production. The position also requires an individual to read, do basic math, and understand specification sheets. Also, responsible for efficiently tracking products, performing changeovers, packing products, and transferring the product to a new location. The individual will be responsible for running a balance of the following functions: production, machine repair/troubleshooting, and assisting the supervisor as needed. This position must possess the willingness to accept change and be proactive rather than reactive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safety is critical.
- Before shift starts, physically and visually inspect the assigned work area for any safety hazards. During shift operations, continuously observe for safety hazards.
- Be observant of employee safety in addition to GMP compliance and make immediate corrections to GMP discrepancies as needed and report them to the supervisor/manager.
- Responsible for ensuring the safety of to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and put safety and food quality first.
- Ensure paperwork is gathered to know what production is running for that day.
- Verify and Confirm Product Number and Item Code according to the Spec Sheet
- Coordinate with Pallet Jack operators to ensure license plates are gathered.
- Audit and compare license plates coming onto the floor with the ones in the system.
- Record the pallet information and time in the paperwork.
- Verify and track the consumption of materials throughout shift.
- Confirm the inventory of materials in D365 to ensure there is enough supply for the incoming shift.
- Make license plates in the D365 system and place code dates on pallets.
- Contact the Indirect Labor Material Handler to bring additional components to the production line as needed.
- Escalate production issues to the Supervisor or Production Manager as needed.
- Certified in Forklift/Pallet Jack
- Be able to calculate pounds for bi-hourly EOS accurately.
- Wear appropriate PPE- frock, gloves, ear plugs, slip-resistant boots, must be able to wash and sanitize hands to meet GMP Standards

Education and Experience:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Should be goal-oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment.
- Demonstrate good judgment.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.
- Good attendance is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills are necessary, including Outlook. Must have the ability to look up standard Excel documents.
- Preferably Bilingual - (English/Spanish), but not required.
- Knowledgeable of basic Math
Competencies and Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Bi-Lingual a plus- English/Spanish
Physical Demands:
- The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, fingers, and arms to handle, feel, and reach.

- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 110 pounds.
