Location: Marlton & Haddonfield, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time (4-day workweek, at least one night per week, plus every other Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting and assist patients with a friendly demeanor
· Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
· Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
· Process insurance verifications and billing tasks
· Discuss treatment plans and financial obligations with confidence
· Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area
· Take initiative in learning new skills and advancing your knowledge in the dental field
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of dental experience (Dental Assistants with front desk/insurance experience encouraged to apply)
· Clinical knowledge of dental procedures
· Experience with both in-network and out-of-network dental insurance plans
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other dental software
· Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
· Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
· Passion for patient care and a commitment to professionalism
· A motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow
