Position Description

We’re currently looking for a Finance Analyst with a background in NetSuite and a working knowledge of retail supply chain operations to join our Finance team in the Greenfield office. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and data analysis to support business decisions across the organization. This role will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and accounting teams to provide insights into inventory, fulfillment, and overall financial performance.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, fulfillment budgeting, and long-range planning
• Analyze supply chain costs, including inventory, freight, and fulfillment expenses, and highlight trends or anomalies
• Provide monthly reporting and variance analysis on key business metrics (sales, margins, inventory turns, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Supply Chain, Merchandising) to assess the financial impact of operational decisions
• Extract and manipulate data from NetSuite and other systems to support ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance and supply chain functions
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a finance or FP&A role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required
• Strong understanding of retail and/or e-commerce supply chain operations
• Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
