Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year order picker (man up equipment) experience required
- Must be able to pass forklift certification written test, with hands on practical application
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
- Must be able to read and comprehend direction in English
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- WMS computer experience
- Excellent communication skills - able to train and assist team members
- Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions
- Successful candidates will be required to pass a background check.
- Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mondays 7:00 AM start time frequently)
- Possible Saturdays or extended weekday hours as business needs require.
