Construction Project Leader

Job Description

Monolith Commercial Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to join our team. This position will require the superintendent to be on-site for the duration of the renovation. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Review and interpret blueprints
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications and regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues

With experience working with top hotel brands, we provide a range of services including demolition, installation, electrical, plumbing, and more.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
