- Managing the administrative work of Property Managers
- Meeting with tenants and prospective tenants to discuss issues with them
- Liaising with tenants
- Collecting rent/Collection calls
- Doing basic bookkeeping/Attention to detail
- Overseeing facility maintenance
- Communicating with tenants regarding property-related issues
- Coordinating with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
