Job Description :
Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated, and resourceful team player to be our Director of Finance, Revenue and Channel Sales. This role will provide leadership and expertise that sets the tone for strong governance and compliance in all aspects of the MPS sales channel. Working closely with WW Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams, this role will oversee sales audit, revenue accounting, contract review, customer credit, sales rep commissions, stock rotation programs and customer claims.
The Director of Revenue and Channel Sales reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with sales teams to support pricing initiatives and contractual term negotiation
- Prepare executive communication updates including quarterly memos, key metrics and reports
- Continuously improve business processes and provide guidance and support as needed for cross-functional ad hoc projects
- Evaluate and manage all aspects of revenue and warranty expense recognition under US GAAP
- Support all external audit requests and requirements including SOX testing and business process updates supporting the sales cycle
- Monitor the sales channel relationships and local markets to proactivity identify areas of risk including business concentration, credit limits and non-compliant business practices
- Oversee the worldwide sales audit function including strategy, policy, resource planning, analytics and reporting
- Monitor global tariff and trade activities and assist in coordinating appropriate channel response
- Prepare and conduct regular finance training for sales with an emphasis on controls and compliance

Pay is based on market location and may vary outside of this range based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The starting base salary range for this position in California is $200,000-250,000.
Pay is based on market location and may vary outside of this range based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The starting base salary range for this position in Washington is $180,000-230,000.
