The Monona Grove School District is seeking a qualified Educational Assistant - Bilingual Spanish at Monona Grove High School serving grades 9-12.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Educational Assistant - Bilingual Spanish provides interpreting/translation and instructional support services to students who have limited English proficiency and works with students to bridge skills to help access the content independently. The position assists with language development and provides students with access to the core curriculum in primary language. The position utilizes students' first language to support and develop their learning and draw on their knowledge of students’ cultural background to activate their prior knowledge in relation to the subject or topic being taught.
