Monotype is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to design, implement, and managing the continuous learning program for our sellers, focusing on their development and deal support post-probationary and onboarding periods. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in training, coaching, and supporting sales teams. This individual will oversee GTM Enablement Managers while also executing training and coaching sessions for the IC and manager populations.

Monotype is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to design, implement, and managing the continuous learning program for our sellers, focusing on their development and deal support post-probationary and onboarding periods. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in training, coaching, and supporting sales teams. This individual will oversee GTM Enablement Managers while also executing training and coaching sessions for the IC and manager populations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the GTM Enablement Trainers, ensuring alignment with global sales enablement strategies.
- Collaborate with regional enablement leads across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistency and best practice sharing across all regions.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills, resources, coaching and mentorship to deliver high-quality training programs and enhance their professional growth.
- Design and implement a comprehensive continuous learning program for sellers post-probationary and onboarding periods.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and live coaching sessions to improve sales effectiveness and deal execution.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, HR Sales Operations) to align enablement programs with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and development to frontline sales managers to enhance their sales leadership and coaching skills.
- Implement programs and practices that support the ongoing development of sales managers, enabling them to effectively support their teams.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales performance.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance and progress of the continuous learning program.
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve training initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training and development, or sales leadership with a focus on continuous learning. 10 years of professional experience in a sales role or cross-functional role that supports the sales team.
- Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
