About the Role
As the Area Leader of Operations, you will be responsible for the overall performance of several units, ensuring each location meets or exceeds goals in operations, sales, and profitability. You will lead and develop General Managers and their teams while maintaining a strong focus on operational standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple locations.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing General Managers and teams.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure all locations maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment focused on team engagement and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and achieve market goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail.
- Proven success in managing operations, driving sales, and increasing profitability.
- Candidates must have experience managing units generating $4–$6M in annual revenue per location.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Hands-on, approachable leadership style with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience managing P&L and operational metrics.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Honolulu, HI area.
